I Use a jazz bass

I own a jazz bass which is known for it's asymmetrical body. The little protection emphasized at the bottom of the case only works for a symmetrical body. My jazz bass often slides out of the slot provided and no longer provides protection. It's good for carrying your instrument around. But if you really care about your instrument I would look for a gig bag that offers more protection and padding especially at the bottom.
Falling apart after < 2 months; Guitar Center no help

Major disappointment - steer clear. I received gig bag this October, used it < 10 times to carry my bass (only, the pocket is too small to carry anything useful) and the nylon around the handle is already separating from the case. Unfortunately Guitar Center only covers this for 45 days so I missed it by a week or so and they aren't willing to help. Trying Fender directly, but not expecting to make any headway.

This is a very well built product. It offers as much protection as a hard case. The only dislike for me is that the storage space is a lot smaller than i anticipated. I think a hard case may offer more pockets or cut outs to store cables and maybe a small pedal? It will serve its main purpose and that it to protect

This is a great bass guitar case with a thick outer cover and plenty of padding inside. I had purchased the 610 case Which Was Way too thin and I felt it would not adequately protect my bass, this case does!
