You need to get one!

I play a 1978 Strat. Years ago, I installed a Washburn Wonder Bar on it and it came with a locking mechanism that continued to break, so eventually discarded it. Some years later I discovered the LSR and had a luthier install it for me. I tell you, I can pull up on the bar, dive bomb, and perform any other tricks to bend the strings and I "NEVER" go out of tune. The LSR with its bearings, along with the rollers on the Washburn are fantastic. You need to get one! Seriously!

Measure twice, cut once.

I bought the Fender LSR Roller Nut for my Fender USA Professional American Standard Stratocaster. I expected nothing but blue skies and happiness. Instead I received a poorly installed misaligned mess that makes my guitar totally unusable, it is an ugly eyesore. I had it installed at the Sacramento Guitar Center store. When I brought it to their attention they shrugged their shoulders and walked away. I won't be doing anymore repair/shopping at this store ever again.

    Got this for a squire that was given to me .Tuning was brutal and because it was free I had nothing to lose.Ya know the old saying measure 50 times cut once lol.Digital calipers a must

    Designed for 9" to 11" Radius neck, including compound (within range at nut). Right hand guitar only. Outside range, string clearance effected.

    This product does not list what radius of a fretboard is designed for therefore it would be a shoot in the dark if it is the correct radius for your guitar. I would guess it's probably designed for a 9.5 radius fretboard because most fenders have a 9.5 radius so if you have something like a Jazzmaster or any guitar that is not a 9.5 radius I would definitely not suggest this. This product is not for novices who do not know enough about guitars to work on them yet.

    I’m very sorry, the manufacturer has not made that information available. It's for Max string gauge per string - E .013, A .017, D .026, G .036, B .046, E .056.
