When you buy a Fender replacement for your Strat or Jazzmaster or any bolt-on guitar really (even if it isn't a fender), you don't have you be afraid of your screws stripping, or damaging the wood/neck pocket, or changing your tone. These things are made out of thick, heavy, metal and fit perfectly in the neck screw holes with no extra drilling required. Don't cheap out when it comes to pieces like these so necessary to your guitar's structural integrity.
