There’s no denying the allure of a roasted maple neck. Resistant to humidity shifts and featuring a gorgeous, dark look, they have more sustain and add a unique note to the instrument’s voice.

This genuine Fender Jazz Bass neck is crafted at the Ensenada, Mexico manufacturing facility. Featuring a comfortable "Modern C"-shaped profile and 9.5"-radius maple fingerboard with 20 medium-jumbo frets, this neck was designed for pure playability. The synthetic bone nut is pre-slotted with "pilot" grooves for accurate spacing when filing the final string slots.

The perfect way to give your J Bass authentic Fender feel, this replacement neck even sports the famous “spaghetti” logo on the headstock.

This neck is an awesome addition to several of my Fender MIM basses. It's nearly impercious to needing adjustments, once you got your neck set. The tuner peg holes are predrilled for a certain type of fender tuner. To use other tuners, you'll need to open the holes a little bit. It's easy to do. Took me about 5 mins to do it. You can buy the tool from a hardware store for cheap. You can have a guitar tech do it for you for cheap too.

Item was described as a direct replacement neck. Peg holes for the tunes were wrong size (too small).
