Good Stuff !
I like to super-saturate new fretboards several times in the first few weeks, letting Fingerease soak in and mostly dry. Repeat treatments every couple of weeks keep fretboards slightly slick, not greasy (and it usually makes rosewood and ebony boards darker and more glossy.) It can also be used to help strings last longer by reducing rust and corrosion. I always keep some on hand.

Biggest ripoff ever
don't use it. it's expensive compared to alternatives and doesn't even last for a full guitar playing session before you need to reapply. just use cocoa butter oil. it's what I use. lasts on my guitar for around 2-3 days and doesn't ruin my neck or strings
