The original Original is back. This faithful tremolo fine tuner reissue retains all of the specs of the tremolo that put Floyd Rose on the map. Made from hardened steel, this tremolo kit includes the vintage-style screw-in arm and locking nut. Available in a variety of nut sizes to fit practically any electric guitar, the kit contains the bridge, springs and claw, wood mounting screws and all hardware necessary for installation.

    It's technically possible to install a Floyd Rose Non-Fine Tuner Tremolo System on an Ibanez RG120, the process involves extensive modifications that are not recommended unless performed by a professional.

    My question is reverse compatibility. I actually have one of the original non fine-tuner FR's on my 1983 Kramer Focus. I'd like to drop in a replacement with fine tuners. Which Floyd Rose model is a direct drop-in replacement requiring no modification?

    As long as you have a model that has the Floyd Rose style bridge it should work with minimal to no modification.
