The Gallien Krueger CX Series, 800 watt 4 x 10" Ceramic Speakers, 4 ohm Bass Cabinet is moderately heavy (67 lbs) but it is an 800 watt 4 x ohm bass cabinet but considering the dimensions of 14.5"" (D); 23"(W); by 26.5 (H) what a BANG for your BUCK; matched with the Mesa Boogie Subway D-800 (Also 800 Watts @ 4 ohm at 5.5 Lbs; with the option to switch from 2,4 or 8 ohms gives you a lot of flexibility ). In addition to this cabinet I also have the CX210 pushing 400 Watts @ 8ohms & the CX115 @ 300 Watts @ 300 Ohms which I stack for an additional 700 Watts; which can be separated to a CX210 for smaller rooms or split them for smaller beefier rooms) I also set up; I power those two speakers with the Gallien Krueger MB800 Ultra Light Bass Head (This head has several specs that the Mesa Boogie-800 don't have). I can use the the 800 Watt & 700 Watt separate stacks for my Stereo Rickenbacker 4003 JetGlo;Great Sound!!

Great cab so far, sounded awesome played with my Warwick CS Streamer 5$$. Was worried b/c previous GK cabs sounded horrible with my other Warwicks. This thing impressed me however. Only issue I experienced was I was sent an open box item and not a brand new like I ordered and paid for. It was missing 3 of the 4 casters so I had to have them ordered direct from GK.
Killer GK 410, as always.

I play bass in a local "southern metal band." Lucked into a Backline 600 and Blx 410 when we first started. That cab is still kicking after YEARS, it's just too heavy and big to tug around. This delivers the same great GK 410 sound that is a little more compact and best of all, lightweight!! It's a little taller than wide, but it's fits in the trunk of a car easily. The old Blx was like a box, so it had to ride in the backseat and wouldn't fit in the trunk. I would absolutely purchase this again, simply because with GK and a 410, you always get what you're looking for.
