    Overall an ok stand

Overall pretty good for the price but, I wouldn't put a Gibson on it. You may be in for a head stock repair. I use it for performances with a tele and PRS CE 24 and each guitar took a spill mid song. Bolt on necks are genuinely sturdy so nothing happened. But this is inherent with any multiple guitar stand. It is the law of physics at work here. If two guitars are not on the stand the balance is offset. You have to make sure when one guitar is on the stand to balancee the remaining guitar best as possible. Other than that the stand is functional.

It works ok for the price

The stand is ok for the price, basically you get what you pay for. I bought this to hold my 2 el cheapo bass guitars so they're not scratching the walls while leaning on them. I like the folding legs which is cool but the worse part on the stand is the guitar body holder at the bottom. There are no screws or anything to keep it tight. It just slides in and with nothing to keep it secure and it'll spin around due to this. So anyone or anything can easily push the bottom holder out making the guitar hit the floor. While it'll only be about a 3-4 inch drop, still sucks and a poor design in my opinion. 2 screws would've been all this needs to make it better. I had this for about a week and a half and already the bottom part the holds the guitar body is already starting to bend, mind you I only have a 3/4 scale electric bass sitting on it.

Guitarist since 1972 & I would advise strongly NOT to use this stand. Guitars stand straight up making it VERY unstable. Now over 2 hrs from the nearest GC & having done THOUSANDS in business with them, I requested a return & was told I had to pay shipping. Customer appreciation?

My experience with this stand was a nightmare. Just got the bass of my dreams and when I removed a bass from the other side of the stand it pitched forward and dumped my other bass on the floor. When I examined the stand more closely I could see that the tripod legs are only stable in one direction, and are easily tipped in the other direction. If you want a stand that demands constant attention to keep from dropping your guitar, then this is for you, but I threw mine away and I'll never risk using one again.

Great transaction! The Guitar Center price was almost exactly as good as anything I'd get online and it came fast & pickup was easy. Plus easy to return if it was the wrong size but I'm very happy with it.
