    Can use the stand for headrush 1x12 frfr cab?...and if so, does it allow for access to the network and on/off switch on the back of forementioned amp cab?

    It will fit, but for the switch I can't really tell without seeing it in the stand. But you should be alright as long as the power switch is towards the top of the back.
