    I use this to store a short scale Bass and it is a great fit. The upgraded padding provides protection without increasing the weight. Nice touch with several zippered pouches for accessories.

    Very sturdy gig bag and the inside lining is nearly as plush as a hardshell case. It has a number of zipper pockets on the outside as well.

    No. The airline doesn't care if you put it in a paper bag. To the airline it's just 'heavy' baggage. TSA approval is concerned with the locks. You need a "flight case". This is what I recommend for air travel - "Fender CEO Guitar Flight Case with Wheels Aluminum Gray"

    No. This is more for solid body guitars like an SG, Strat or Tele style body.
