collapse expand iconDescription

The Gator Guitar Stool with Stand allows guitar players to safely rest their instrument on the side of the stool itself. This stool-stand combo features a 2.5"/64mm-thick padded seat cushion, fold-up guitar cradle and retractable neck yoke on the rear side. The integrated stand holds an acoustic, electric or bass guitar. The stand also features an integrated footrest for comfortable playing position during performances. Rubber feet keep the base stable and red safety trim keeps it visible in dark settings. It also folds for easy transport.

3-4 hour shows tough on my knees. Stool is the right height to take weight off my feet and still get up easily when I need to stand. So far, seems sturdy and built well.

My husband, who weighs as much as a paperweight, had this for less than 6mos, and the rubber tips completely tore through and left deep gouges in our floor, to the tune of about 4k in refinishing costs. Replace the tips prior to use, put on a thick rug, or expect a crescent moon floor.

  • Good Seat, Bad Stand

Seat is comfortable and the right height. The bolts on the guitar stand (neck holder, attached under the seat) stripped out and broke after only a month. It was just sitting in my room so it wasn't caused by excessive folding or transport. Buy for the seat, skip for a stand.

  • Functional, small footprint, easy stow and carry. It works.
