It's a low cost power amp for a dj setup. It's got a little more ooomph to it than I thought it would have... so at least early on I'm pretty happy with it. I didn't read any of the reviews until I had already purchased it... so I'm slightly concerned that it won't be as sturdy or reliable as I had hoped. One reviewer has bought two... and he promptly fried one of the two channels on each unit relatively shortly after purchasing them. Personally I'm hoping that dude is just the unluckiest guy on the planet, and not an unfortunate glimpse into my own future as the soon-to-be unsatisfied poster child for "caveat emptor."
Exceptional product. Used this amp for a total of 6 hours.

You Get What You Pay For

I started out with (2) Gemini XGA-3000s. One of them blew out while we were SINGING into it. Okay, maybe that was our fault, so, let me replace or with an XGA-5000. I now have (2) XGA-5000s in my restaurant and both of them have the exact same problem after less than 90 days of use; on one of them, Channel 1 simply doesn't work any more. On the other one, Channel 2 doesn't work anymore. So, on one floor of my restaurant, we only have music playing in the front and on the other floor of my restaurant, we only have music playing in the back. 😕 I guess, what do you expect for the price? You get what you pay for. Also, on one of them, the Power switch broke and we have to unplug it every night to turn it off. 😞
