    The plug diameter is larger than will fit into a Yamaha YAS52 or a Yamaha made LeBlanc Vito Alto sax. The basic design seems fine, but you need a sax that it fits into. I tried to shave it down and the diameter was just enough larger that it was not viable. It probably would work great for the right alto sax.
