    I recently bought a 13" black hole practice pad, and was bit disappointed to learn that it was unable to to snap on to my rim since i have a Die-cast hoop. Instead of buying an additional attachment for the the pad, I want to by a different hoop that is compatible with it and allows the practice pad to be snapped on properly, Will this one work? or is it a die cast hoop?
