    The blade is just too dull. The two points on the cutter penetrated the drumhead and I began to cut firmly as required, but the blade had trouble cutting the drumhead and would roll right off. The hole turned out jagged, luckily not by much. I had to take a sharper box cutter and cut off the excess to fit the port hole protector on.
