Gibraltar

collapse expand iconDescription

The Gibraltar G-Class single pedal was inspired by the demand for a pedal that could offer an ideal blend of power, speed, and style. The result is exactly that. Elegantly fusing innovation with function, the G-Class pedal is loaded with groundbreaking control features like a single-pillar frame with enclosed spring tension, dual-adjustment cam drive and a footboard with height and beaters that are independently adjustable. The unique design eliminates setup complexities, and allows the player to fine tune the pedal's "feel" quickly and precisely.

Gibraltar's G-Class pedal is a one-of-a-kind, high performance machine-from the beater, all the way down to the die-cast foundation plate.

I had very high hopes for this pedal. Particularly the adjustable weights in the beater. Unfortunately, my third stroke using it the "G" on the top of the beater that holds the weights popped off. So, I'm waiting for my next pedal to arrive; the Ludwig Atlas Pro. I'll write a review on that ASAP. It must be better than the G-class.

I ordered this pedal used,if I could get ahold of the person who designed and approved the way you clamp this on to the bass drum I would scream in their face.....I'm very cautious of my shoulders when drumming,I lift weights and I'm always carefull of my shoulders, including my drum technique I've adjusted to keep stress off my shoulders, but because of this idiot design my shoulder has extra soreness, you'll see if you get this pedal, you'll see,it won't clamp on tight enough and when you bend down and pull that lever I between songs....you'll see do not get this pedal....

Got this a few months ago very satisfied. The pedal takes some adjustment but after I got it to my liking I am very satisfied. Pedal is smooth and powerful with the weights in the beater. I played DW 5000 before but this I feel blows it away.

  • So far so good.

I got this pedal over the weekend and I am very pleased. I'd tried the Speed Cobra previously but didn't take to it. I found the board too long and not angled enough where no matter how much I played with it I couldn't get a perfect beater distance. This G class pedal was on a kit in the store so I may have someone to thank but I am very happy with the setup as it was. It plays fast and strikes hard, has a sturdy feel to it so I expect to last.
