Very pleased
I ordered the Stealth Rack because I didn't want something to big or heavy, but I wanted the connivence of a rack (e.g., fast setup, consistency) After some research I found the Stealth Rack to be the perfect fit for me. It felt like christmas when the rack came in the mail. I opened it and the first thing I noticed was that it was heavier than I thought. But the I picked up one of the main pieces and realized that it was worth it. This rack is so durable and heavy duty. I don't ever worry about playing to hard. I set it up and put my drums on fairly quickly for the first set up. And it works amazingly. The only thing it's lacking is more memory clamps. The point of a rack is to set up quickly and consistently. And since it only came with four clamps for the legs I have to buy more for the arms. But besides that, It works phenomenally.

Revolitionary, available in one size fits most
The Stealth rack is one of the best innovations to come out of gibraltar. But it will only help you if you play the right equipment. The positive points are obvious, with its small footprint and ease of setup. The biggest problem is the snare drum basket. It definitely does not fit all snare drums, unless you sit particularly high. I play a 13"X6" snare and the combination of small diameter and deep shell puts the snare level with my rack tom. When i'm playing my funk gigs i usually play smaller shallower drums and this dosent bother me and biggest drum i can play is the standard 14"X5.5".

This stealth rack in combination with the two Gibraltar SC-UGC clamps gives me the exact placement for a three tom front setup. I did NOT want another typical rack as I have had in the past. I wanted it to be a part of the kit. Most stands allow one or two toms across the front. My combination has now allowed me to have 8,10,12 perfectly centered. Love it!

This Thing Is Great!

Reading reviews, I figured that when I first got it, it would actually take longer to set up than my cymbal stand and snare stand. That is true, yet at the same time, untrue. Yes, it takes longer to attach everything together than just pulling out the legs. But, after everything is attached, you place the legs in the right spot and don't need to make any more adjustments. With cymbal stands, I always find myself trying to get that "perfect position". With this, it is always there. So putting it together takes longer, but all in all, it is much faster. It is slightly heavier than my old stands that it replaced, but I feel more comfortable with having this. Can't wait to whip it out at my next practice. It's sleek. It's beautiful. With the Short boom arm that I just got for it, I couldn't be happier with my purchase of this rack.

Rock Solid

I purchased this system to reduce the footprint of my kit on stage. It did its job well and everything is solid including a 24" ride. It allowed for better positioning of my gear than I was able to get with stands and I no longer have band members tripping over the extended legs of my stands. Other reviewers say this system reduces weight and simplifies setup time. I have not found this to be true. I think the system (I have both sides of the stealth rack) actually weighs a little more than the stands it replaces. Setup time is a little longer but that may go down when I get a little more familiar with it. All in all, I'm glad I bought it and it really makes the kit look great.
