    I ordered this product but it doesn't fit Gibraltar's 8707 hihat stand. This rod is a 6.5mm width/1.0mm thread and that particular stand requires a 7.0mm/1.0mm thread. Get the Pearl SM012 if you need the 7.0/1.0 rod!! Not sure what stands this rod actually fits….

    This Gibraltar upper pull down rod is Metric, 6mm in diameter, 1.0 thread pitch, 23 1/2 inches long. It does NOT fit my 90s-era Gibraltar ROCK hi-hat, which has a 7mm/1.0 upper rod. W T F Gibraltar?! I'm pi**ed off.
