    These inserts are useful and do the job as replacement inserts for the SC-RMAA tube to accessory arm clamp, but they do not fit the other Gibraltar rack tube to accessory arm clamp, item SC-RBA. I did not realize that when I bought a bunch of them for the SC-RBA only to have to buy the SC-RMAA clamps which comes with the inserts already.
