Great Quality. I originally purchased to stabilize di-pod HH with 2 BDs. Worked great. When using single BD, I use it to stabilize SD stand which allows for a narrower stand base providing more pedal space below. Maybe good for a light accessory too (WB, Tamb, CB, Splash)?

This solves the problem of hi-hat location with a double bass drum setup. Glad I found out about these online

I LOVE THIS ITEM. I recently upgraded my kit to a my first ever double bass kit and had little experience with this style setup but I did have ideas with what I wanted. I am pretty OCD with the way I want my kit to feel and how symmetrical things should look like pedal placement. I ordered this item to help solve this issue with the left bass drum and hi hat. I honestly thought I was gonna spend most of the night trying to figure out the perfect placement of the hats. BOY WAS I surprised when I put this thing on. First try and five minutes later my hats were in place perfectly next to my left pedal and in the right playing position for the hats, snare and left pedal. As well the stand is level front to back, left to right. This doesn't get much better for making things so much easier to install. Product quality is excellent and heavy duty. Definitely a suggested product.

Yep, if you're one of those old school guys like me, an think double pedals are for gilry man drummers, and you can't afford one of those cable clutch systems, this is the ticket! Clamps your hihat stand firmly to the bass drum!
