I originally agonized over buying this as a stand for Maschine. I had my doubts about many factors, height, stability, etc. I went ahead and got it, and I made a tabletop for Maschine to rest on out of 12" oak and a 1.5" piece of mahogany, and bolted it to the hardware. It works amazingly for it's intended purpose, is totally stable for Maschine and Push, adjusts from a decent height for typing in a beach chair to a great height for jamming pads while sitting on a high drum stool. Now, after more than two years of intensive use at home, at shows, and even for several years of dedicated Sprinter van life, it has remained my most used pieces of furniture! I never would have guessed. I am currently using it as a laptop stand while I sit in my hammock! Over the years of its service, it has been a Maschine stand, an Ableton Push stand, a mixer stand, laptop stand, iPad stand for watching movies, an auxiliary tool stand when working on stuff around the house, a tea table for Chinese tea ceremony, and even an extra prep table when cooking in our Sprinter van conversion! I was prompted to write this review when I was about to buy another one, and saw there weren't any reviews. I LOVE THIS THING! If you want to use it as a stand in these ways, keep in mind that you will need to build some sort of tabletop for it. See included pictures.

Will this stand work to support the KTMP1 without any additional hardware?
No additional hardware is necessary. There is a plate, which is included, that needs to be attached.
