Gibson Modern Nickel Machine Heads With Metal Buttons

Description
The Gibson Modern Nickel Machine Heads with Metal Buttons, precision-engineered tuning machines designed specifically for Gibson guitars with vintage styling. These all-nickel, closed-back tuners provide a luxurious feel and classic look to complement your guitar's headstock. The Gibson Modern Nickel Machine Heads deliver smooth, accurate tuning thanks to a gear ratio of 14:1. Their vintage-correct styling maintains the authenticity of your Gibson axe.
All-Nickel Construction For Premium Sound
The Gibson Modern Nickel Machine Heads are constructed entirely from nickel, a sonically transparent metal that won't color your guitar's tone. Their closed-back design reduces unwanted noise and provides a tight, uniform string path for precise intonation. The vintage-styled metal buttons add a touch of classic Gibson flair.
Smooth, Stable Tuning
With a gear ratio of 14:1, the Gibson Modern Nickel Machine Heads provide exceptionally smooth and stable tuning. They turn with silky precision, allowing you to dial in perfect pitch and make subtle tuning adjustments on the fly. Restringing your Gibson has never been easier thanks to their self-locking design.
Maintain Your Gibson's Value
There are many aftermarket tuning machine options for Gibson guitars, but only genuine Gibson parts will maintain your instrument's value over time. The Gibson Modern Nickel Machine Heads are built to the same strict quality standards as the original components on your guitar. Using authentic Gibson parts is the best way to preserve your guitar as a lifelong investment.

Great Tuners
I was looking to replace my stock tuners on my LP 100 and was looking at the Sperzels and other high dollar tuners when the guy at GC pointed these out to me. I was really skeptical as they are under 40 bucks but they were a breeze to install and they will hold a tune all night. The night I installed these along with a new set of 9 guage slinky's my band had an out door show and I only had to once (before we started). I was amazed because it was about 90 degrees outside and humid as hell and the tuning didn't budge. Well worth the money!

These don't feel like Grover
These were supposed to be 18:1 ratio but they are 14:1 and the inner gears feel corse so the grind when tuning. Not very sturdy or quality made. They feel like overseas tuners with a Grover badge on them and not real Grover's which are less expensive too.

I took off the G-Force tuning. It worked okay until it stripped out and stopped working manually or automatically. G-Force.... A big time flop, Don't even go there. The new tuners fit in perfectly and I can play like I should be able to. I am a purist anyway!

Hi will these work on a epiphone les Paul custom? Thanks
’m sorry, I don’t know. In a case like this we recommend having a qualified guitar tech look at the guitar to assure proper screw hole alignment and post width.submitted3 years ago

Just need to know if these tuners would replace and match up on a Gibson Maestro? If not, which ones would be best for economic value and hold a good tune.

Will the Gibson modern Nickel Machine heads with metal buttons fit on a 2018 Gibson Hummingbird, without having to any drilling
The only issue you may run into is if the original doesn't have the support screw hole, it wouldn't require any drilling, but it would leave an exposed hole. Otherwise it should be fine either way.
