Visually the drum is a 5 stars!!!!! The craftsmanship is excellent. BUT for the sound, it's a 2 stars, can be 3 stars with a Remo head and plate sound board. My Classics sound richer and louder. Gon Bops has a looker on its hands, for the price (and sound) they should admit that wood is doing a disservice to the sound.
