HEDD Type 20 7.2" 3-Way Powered Studio Monitor (Each), Left

Description
The Type 20 is based around a strong, rubber-coated cabinet, that incorporates HEDD's self-designed Honeycomb-sandwich woofers (7“ bass / 4“ midrange) and the HEDD Air Motion Transformer tweeter for alive and accurate high-frequency reproduction. Three 300W Class-D ICEpower modules work in the amp section of these analog speakers. The sound of this ultra-compact monitor is just magic: pristine, powerful and effortless with all the advantages you get from a dedicated 3-way-system. The Type 20 can be noted for its wonderful clarity in the midrange, offering better dynamics and an increased three-dimensionality across its soundstage. With a frequency spectrum ranging from 50kHz all the way down to 32Hz, the Type 20 can manage the most complex and challenging audio situations. It offers you analog monitoring with digital expansion at the highest level.
The Type 20 incorporates the versatile HEDD Bridge card system. Besides standard analog connections (XLR/RCA), you can insert optional input-cards for full Dante / Audio-over-IP functionality into the free slot on the back panel of the speaker.

We use our Hedd Type 20s in an acoustically treated home environment. Primarily for listening enjoyment, but also to evaluate Children's Music for use in my Wife's Classroom. As long time ADAM users, The Hedd represents a significant step forward. Incredibly Robust, and Inert Cabinetry. Tons of LOW DISTORTION Power with NO Listener Fatigue. Very much a Full Range Speaker, with impressive clarity in the Mid Band. Vocals are pristine!! A Mix Engineer would love these, as you can hear EVERYTHING. We're VERY satisfied with our Purchase. These Speakers will be with us a long time!
GC cannot have these back!

Our new Hedd Type 20s are used in an acoustically treated Home environment. Aside from simply enjoying our Music collection, the Hedd's often find themselves auditioning Children's Music for use in my Wife's Classroom. As a Long Time ADAM owner, the Hedds represent what happens when you allow designer Klaus Heinz (formerly of ADAM) to run loose!! Beautiful Speaker! A++ Build Quality. Amazing amounts of Power, and VERY LOW distortion. Vocal material is pristine in it's Clarity. ZERO Listening Fatigue! Our Speakers are set up in a 3mtr Equilateral Triangle. Wonderful Stereo Panorama, with Laser Focused Phantom Center Image. A Mix engineer would Love these!! I forsee the Hedd Type 20s being with us a very long time. Extrememely Pleased!
