A lot of bang for the buck!
this unit is great in that it is so compact for all of it's features. as a songwriting tool, I just set it next to my laptop, plug in a USB and record into my DAW. no need for an interface! the sound is surprising for the price, and the full range of effects quite good! with powered monitors, I can mix a band at rehearsals or performances, and record direct to computer as I do it. solidly built, with a lot of thought put into it's practicality. I can even stream blue tooth from my phone for music between sets. recommended!

I would love to love this product!......But I can't
This was supposed to be THE thing with all the input and outputs I needed! What I was able to test, sounded fantastic! I could use it in a live show I think without issue. Sadly, what I need is it to interface with Pro Tools.... and it does not.

I got this to help control volume (through headphones) while playing drums. I Bluetooth music from my iPhone. The mixer allows me to control volume of the Bluetooth, the mic inputs and the main speakers with separate controls. As a bonus, my drums sounds great though the mixer and is tons of fun to play around with. #sweepstakes.
Seems to be a fine mixer for the price point

How do I send fx to the monitor mix from harbinger mixer lv14 The vocals are dry with no effects.
Here’s the thing with the LV14: The internal FX are routed by the mixer design mainly to the MAIN output, not automatically to AUX or Monitor. AUX 1 is typically the monitor send (pre-fader), AUX 2 might be used post-fader for effects or other tasks, depending on how the board is set. To send FX to your monitor mix on the Harbinger LV14, you have two options: Simple way (with some limits): Turn up the FX on each channel (use the FX knob on each channel). Make sure the FX return is up (on the master section — there’s a fader for FX RETURN). The FX output is mixed into the main mix only — not the AUX monitor by default. Problem: The board doesn’t internally route the FX return to the AUX 1 MONITOR without extra tricks. Workaround way (more flexible): Use a physical cable to patch the FX output back into a regular input channel, then send that channel to the monitor: Step-by-step: Take a short cable and connect the FX OUT jack on the mixer back into a free LINE input (like Channel 13/14). On that channel (now receiving the FX return): Turn up the AUX 1 (Monitor Send) to taste. Mute or lower the fader if you don’t want it blasting into the main mix — or carefully blend it. Result: Now the FX (like reverb, delay) can be sent into the monitor mix through AUX 1. Important tips: Watch for feedback! Effects in monitors (especially reverb) can make things feel "washy" or create feedback if singers get loud. Keep the monitor effects light — usually a little "sweetening" is all you need.submitted2 years ago

So, does this mixer have a multi-track output like some audio mixers have that have direct outputs on each channel and not be affected by faders and go straight into the DAW through an audio interface?
No, it doesn't.submitted3 years ago
