Work As Advertised, Great Service

I like the design of these Auto grip hangars. Normally they are somewhat pricey, but on a SDOTD they are not much more expensive than other style wall hangars. I recently finally bought a good acoustic guitar after looking for a long time, on another SDOTD, but haven't bought a case yet, as I will use it mostly at home. I was concerned about protecting the guitar from getting knocked over and damaged, and the low humidity this winter, so I mounted one of these in the bathroom, and put the guitar in there when I bathe or shower. Admittedly it's a rather short time, but it's better than nothing. An old electronic thermometer with a hygrometer gives me an indication of what the humidity is. With Spring around the corner, household humidity should improve. I bought the 2 for deal, mounted the other in my music room where my other guitars hang. These are my first wall hangers with the auto locking tabs, so I have no experience as far as longevity, but unless you are a gorilla or El Kabong and beat them with a cheap guitar, I don't see how durability would be an issue. They are good looking and substantially made.

Better anchors would be nice

Great product!!! Best wall mount out there straight up. My ONLY BEEF is the anchors provided are total garbage. They don't hold at all. I usually have to go buy heavy duty ones from the hardware store to make sure it doesn't come out of the wall. Other than that they're great.

    I used this and another mount to hold my acoustic and electric guitars in my music room. The provided mounting hardware makes it easy to securely attach these to a wall stud through sheet rock walks, or into concrete like one would find in a basement. All black design matches my electric guitar and looks great!

    holds up my dinky which isnt very heavy but it does a good job. first time i ordered they gave me one that had the hook installed improperly so i had to return and reorder but its okay because i finally got my guitar up 👍
