Providing the maximum range of emotion and expression, and incredibly easy to play, The 32B Instructor Melodica with its smooth, responsive 32-key piano keyboard is one of the most widespread and easiest ways to articulate melodies and harmonies. Rhythm and dynamics are directly controlled by your breath, naturally ebbing and flowing right through you. You get sounds like a harmonica on single notes or like an accordion when chorded. Piano keys cover the alto and soprano range from F3 to C6.

Bangin' for the Bucks

Always wanted a melodica, finally got one. This is seriously the coolest thing. It's completely plastic minus a few screws, but don't let that fool you, this thing is solid. It took a few weeks to get shipped to my local store, but it was well worth the wait. Also I like that it comes with both the mouth piece and the hose, so i have options. The case it comes with is very high quality for a free case. I couldn't have been happier with my purchase. If you want a melodica, you might as well get this one. It's an incredible value.

Its okay

After seeing many different artists whip one of these bad boys out, I was hunting for one. The sound, harmony, and funny look of this thing caught my eye/ear. After having this thing for a couple weeks Im finding the good and bad. The Positives *It easy to play *It harmonizes very well *Its an interesting instrument *The kids love it The Negatives *Unlike a harmonica, you can only blow in, you cannot breathe out with it to get that other "layer" of sound. *As soon as you stop blowing in, the sound cuts right off Im on the fence about this product. If you are a seasoned musician I would recommend not getting this product. Its just another fun thing to have around.

I recently discovered this neat instrument, simple to learn and fun to play. It's light and compact and even comes with a sturdy case for ease of carrying. I already play acoustic and electric guitar, bass, keyboard and drums. This little melodica is a great addition and fun to play!

  • Amazing tone for such a small instrument

I am in love with this instrument! I first saw the melodica being played by Jon Batiste and I had to try it. I'm a keyboard player and flutist so this instrument feels like a natural integration of techniques for me. It's awesome for jamming - it's portable and produces a tone and timbre that stands out with other instruments. I'm so impressed by how rich the tone quality is, especially in the lower register. Blowing chords will give your lungs a workout so it's good for wind musicians too haha

  • I might buy it again, or maybe one with subtler sound

I'm 79 years old and miss my piano. A friend suggested the Melodica. (I got the cheapest.) I'm glad I bought it. I'm beginning to like it. It's good to play one note Christmas carols and simple tunes. It's also good exercise for my compromised breathing. But it's so loud that I have to practice when my husband is out of the house. Maybe that will improve with practice. But I wish it had a less strident tone. Would a more expensive model be more subtle?

This is a really good product if you're new to melodica because its inexpensive but still high quality. Even now that I have professional level melodicas (which sounds like a joke) I still find myself using this one frequently. Overall it's a great learning tool and stepping stone, comes in tune, and stays that way which is more than I can say for some melodicas that are more expensive.

Well made and Incredibly responsive. It sounds great and is easy to play. The case alone is worth the price.
