Yeah, i love acoustic basses. They sound wonderful unplugged, their good plugged in, too. With a little bit of action adjusting, this bass is gold, you should get one too.
It's a well made, beautiful bass that sounds great!

Out of the box it was set up pretty good. I did notice that the 15mm top nuts and the tuning key screws on the tuning machines needed to tightened up. When I pluged it in, I noticed that the "A" string had less volume than the others, so I straightened the pickup wire under the bridge and that fixed the problem. During this process I removed one of the bridge shims to drop the action down. Now it looks, sounds and plays like an instrument easily twice the price.

I bought this acoustic bass for occasional gigs I do with an acoustic singer/guitarist. I needed a solid bass for a reasonable price and after looking at several basses, this one fit the bill. Great workmanship, plays in tune all up and down the fingerboard, good action and finally good Fishman electronics.

Is this bass designed for EADGC tuning or BEADG tuning? And if it is designed for a high C, how would it sound/hold up with a low B instead?
This will be strung up as BEADG tuning
