Ibanez AR100C Hardshell Guitar Case for Artist Models Black

Very nice case for the price, looks great guitar fits real tight and good for carting around. Light weight compared to my other cases.

It's a nice case, and it came swiftly and well-packed. The only complaint is that this case is VERY tight! I've bought a couple of them, and each time I really have to wrestle the guitar to get it wedged into the case. It's so tight, you really risk pulling the fuzzy liner away from the case in the struggle to get the axe wedged into its cavity. Having said that, once the guitar has been in the case for a while, it creates a bit of space for itself and you don't have to fight it anymore, but this is not the size of the official Ibanez case that comes with a new axe.

I have been anxiously waiting for this case and after opening it up I can honestly say I expected a bit more. It is a good case and My Arz400 fits nicely but the interior feels cheap as does the handle. Also not a huge deal but there is no locking mechanism either. It will definitely work for what I need but the musicians gear case I bought for my les paul last week blows it out of the water in terms of quality and price. Unfortunately the arz is a tad longer due to the 24 frets and would not fit otherwise I would have bought that instead. Like I said not bad but maybe my expectations were too high.

I purchased this case for my daughter's Ibanez ART100W. While not the most luxurious or the most perfectly constructed by artisan craftsmen hardshell case. It'll do the job. The quality of the tolerances and specs are economy for certain, it is certainly good enough to do what it is designed and intended to do successfully. The latch clasps are of somewhat less than solid/sturdy metal construction, they function and do what they're suppose to do. The spacing of the neck pocket padding/securing piece was off center on mine by just barely enough for it to be visible to the naked eye that the headstock sits in the case slightly to one side of the void it lays in. While this bothers my personal obsessive/compulsive perfectionist nature, I doubt my daughter even noticed. I suspect it's priced a bit steep for the quality. Most aftermarket cases of the same price-range are probably a little better built, but it does the job just fine and holds the guitar securely and safely inside with pretty good strength and durability. Overall I give it 1 thumb up.

Great case. I bought it for my Ibanez ART2EX1, and it has a nice snug fit. It has a nice soft interior, a good sized holding compartment. You can fit a pedal or two in this case, too. It is a super sturdy and strong case, and keeps your guitar dry in wet conditions. Super sturdy exterior, and great latches. I would definitely suggest this to you, AR Series users.
