This RG7421 model has a Mahogany body and a Wizard II-7 neck shape that offers maximum comfort and speed. Its fingerboard is jatoba with 24 jumbo frets for bigger note bends and it also comes with dual Ibanez Quantum pickups that are wired to a 5-way switch for tonal variation.     Overall, super happy with this. This is my first extended range guitar, and so far it's the perfect one to dip my toe in the waters. Very comfortable neck & frets, surprisingly lightweight body, solid pickups and a low resistance switch you can flip on the fly pretty easily. There's just a tiny bit more fret buzz on the low B string than I'd like, but it was easy enough to fix by swapping it out for a thicker string. My one real complaint is that the color isn't really anywhere near the pictures shown above. It's a pretty simple brown wood that looks almost tinted green under white light, as opposed to the one in the images that's in shades of mostly red and black. It still looks very nice, I'm happy with it, it just wasn't quite as pictured and that's not reason enough to knock off a star imo.

    Guitar feels amazing. Everything about it is very nice. My only minor complaint is that you get minor fret but sometimes but it is small and probably to be expected without expensive pickups installed.

    I love it. It's tasty on my palm muted notes and crunches when I need it to, and it also plays a nice dark melody as well. And it was the exact color as the picture lol
