The JBL PRX825W is a robust yet portable PA system perfect for any live performance setting. Onboard DSP Optimizes Performance

The PRX825W includes a sophisticated onboard Digital Signal Processor to optimize the system for any application. Choose from presets for music playback, speech and stage monitoring, or create your own custom curves using the 8-band graphic EQ and dbx Type IV limiting. High- and low-shelving filters allow you to adjust the tonal balance, while a phase correction switch helps align the low-end response. The result is a PA that sounds great right out of the box but offers extensive flexibility to suit your needs.

Dual Differential Drive Woofers Provide Deep, Impactful Bass

The PRX825W's dual Differential Drive woofers reproduce low end with accuracy and power. Their cones handle up to 750 watts each, moving lots of air to create a full bass response down to 49Hz. The woofers' large size and dual design give kick drums, bass guitars and electronic music a solid, defined low end that carries in any room.

1,500 Watts of Class-D Power

With a Class-D power amp providing 1,500 watts of total power, the PRX825W delivers high sound pressure levels with headroom to spare. The highly efficient Class-D topology generates an incredible 138dB max SPL, allowing the PRX825W to fill large venues and outdoor spaces with ease.

Rugged, Portable Design

Its trapezoidal enclosure is made of 18 mm Duraflex coated plywood, features integral handles, speaker pole mounts and suspension mounts for easy transport and setup. Designed and built to JBL's rigorous standards, the PRX825W delivers high performance show after show, ready for the demands of frequent gigging and touring.

    I have to say I never thought I would come back to JBL after my bad experience the JbL PRX 735s. Built very cheaply, rattling and buzzing cabinets. IT is still early in the game with these PRX 835s but so far they seem more solid and it looks like they fixed the fan issue which was the biggest culprit in the 735s for rattling. They sound amazing and get super loud with crystal clear sound. I had the QSC 153 but needed to make a change because my band loss the use of a trailer and the QSC's are too tall to stand up in my van. These fit perfectly and for warmth actually beat the QSCs if you can believe that. They are louder too. Very happy and great service as usual from my rep Walter at the Fairax VA store !

    We bought the evolve and used it outdoor did not have enough genitalia's Took it back and swapped for the JBL's and was well worth the swap Physics are physics stick with the big boys
