Perfect for switching between my Fender and Marshall amps depending on the sound/tone I'm looking for. Way easier than switching amps to "standby", changing cables and taking off "standby" mode.

  • This a/b box is a little pricey but offers great features

I have purchased two, and both produce an audible buzz when tapping the foot switch, pedal housing, or external metal jacket of the male input connectors with finger (despite switching cables or isolated power). Otherwise, it works perfectly for switching guitars to the same amp.

  • Very disappointed with the quality.

I bought this used pedal to select between my 2 electric guitars on stage, installing it on my pedal board as first in the chain. It worked great for about 3 weeks. Then, a buzz in the pedal emerged that couldn't be corrected by changing out cables or guitars, or isolated power supplies.

  • I would buy this item again

I switch instruments during local gigs. This item makes it easy to go back and forth without tying up inputs on the board.

  • I would buy this again.

Can this pedal be used to split a guitar signal and run it into 2 amps at the same time? In other words, does it work like any other ABY pedal?

The songs that we play are mostly progressive country so generally I am playing using about half of my effects pedals. The last three pedals are used for classic rock songs. When switching from channel A to B will this switch enable me to turn on all three of these pedals at the same time???
