Jargar Superior Series Synthetic Core Cello C String 4/4 Size, Medium

Rope core, tungsten/chrome wound C string from the Superior set. Superior cello strings are a distinctive alternative from the Classic Jargar sound and are well-suited for chamber music, orchestral playing and solos.

Superior strings create a warm, round, and powerful sound almost immediately after installation. They are extraordinarily well balanced and rich in overtones. They are adept in creating sound colors and nuance in ff and pp yet project well while being highly responsive to the bow, and are extremely durable.  

The G and C strings—powered by tungsten technology—have a very powerful sound.  The A and D strings are warmer than the Classic Jargar A&D strings and combined, they formulate a very well balanced set.
