Perfect Patch is the best clear mouthpiece cushion to protect your mouthpiece and the enamel on your teeth. The JodyJazz Black mouthpiece patch is thicker and larger than the Perfect Patch. This is for players who would like a softer, spongier feel and also who would like to cover more of the beak of the mouthpiece.

    I'm a new woodwind player so this is the first time I've used a mouthpiece patch. Much more enjoyable playing with this on my Yamaha 4C mouthpiece than without it.

    There's not much to say about a mouthpiece patch other than that they are well thought out by Jody Jazz. They work as expected and are easy to replace.
