    I use this instrument cable to plug into all my 4 and 5 string Ibanez electric basses and my Ernie Ball Music Man Stingray HH 4 string electric bass, I primarily plug into a 3W Blackstar Fly battery powered amp; I get good clean sound at the plug in connections to the bass and amplifier each and every time. From time to time (if my batteries die on the 3 W amp) I'll plug into my Fender Rumble 15 W amplifier and get good clean sound. This is an excellent instrument cable, great for use in smaller areas like apartments, I use it from time to time for playing in small venues for family and friends and primarily for practicing at home. I bought this cable at least two years ago, sorry I did not post this sooner. I highly recommend this instrument cable.
