Possibly the best stand out there

Stand is very stable, and will not hurt nitro finishes. This is my second stand. It's pricey, but worth it. My only wish is the rubber parts were black. I highly recommend this.
works perfectly - soft material so it won't damage the guita

My guitars were on individual stands and it was taking up a lot of floor space - this stand solved that problem

Used for holding 2 electric guitars, two 6 string electric basses and one 5 string bass. It is pretty sturdy and has greatly reduced the space needed compared to individual stands. Can take out and put back guitars without hitting any of the others. The rubber holders don't seem to be causing any issues with any of the guitars. I did think I would hate the white colour, but when it has the guitars in it I don't notice it. Folds out and locks in place pretty easily. I am pretty happy with it.

The K&M multi-stands are a bit more than some of the folding metal ones. There were a lot of folks saying that this is stable and I have to agree. I'm not putting any acoustic instruments on it, but a variety of guitars and basses fit well. They are not even close to falling out and the whole rack isn't about to tip over. It's solid and folds in half to take up very little space. Five guitars on this take up about as much room as two on single stands. I can trust that they're safe and even my dog bumping into it doesn't worry me.

This stand is very sturdy and stable. It keeps the guitars seperated so there won't be any contact between them. The cushion material is very flexible and squishy so the contact points don't leave any marks or scars. I like how it keeps the guitars almost verticle and they don't twist or move. It takes up much less space than individual stands which is the biggest reason I bought it. My daughters mini also fits and stays put. I held off at buying it at first because it is pricy and I didn't really feel comfortable about buying it at first because I had never seen one in person. I did go to a couple gc stores to try to see one in person but they didn't have them to look at. They did have a few others which were a lot less money but the guitars didn't stay in position and they could make contact with each other. I reluctantly bought this without seeing one, but it ended up being exactly what I had hoped. Very glad I got this unit.

Regarding the k&m 5 rack system. I want to combine acoustic and electric guitars. Will the translucent model handle acoustic and electric or just electric? Also when will guitar center get these back in stock in particular the guitar center in Columbus Ohio?
