I wanted a simple (non pedal) tuner and this one is perfect. The tuning is pitch perfect and the display is great I would definitely buy it again.

My old tuner had more than 20 years with me, starting to have some issues with the screen and I decided to get a new one from the same brand and I am pleased I did. I like this one because it's simple to use and that's all I wanted to replace my old one.

Love this tuner. It is fast and accurate. Use it on alternate tuned guitars and bass mostly. It has no problems detecting and tracking the low A on my down tuned bass. Also great for tuning old analog synths. It has 2 test tones (A and Bb) as well. In addition to LCD display, the three LED's light up to show if you are sharp, flat, or in tune. A great buy.

This tuner's pointer comes right to the indication of "note tuned" when you hit the right note. That makes it easy to hit the proper tuning immediately.

Would this tuner work for a keyboard synth?

Would this tuner work for a keyboard synth?

Yes, the KORG CA-2 Chromatic Tuner can work with a keyboard synth, but with some caveats: Not ideal for synth tuning purposes: Most modern synths and keyboards are digitally tuned and stay in pitch automatically, so a tuner is rarely necessary unless you're: Calibrating or checking the pitch of an analog synth (especially older models). Playing with other instruments tuned to non-standard tuning (e.g., A=432 Hz). Troubleshooting pitch drift or instability. Visual feedback only: It doesn't output MIDI or CV, so it won’t integrate into your setup in any advanced way—it's strictly a visual pitch reference. Yes, it will work for checking or verifying pitch from a keyboard or synth, but you likely won’t need it unless you're working with analog gear or in special tuning situations.

I want to detune some of my gtr's strings as low as -12 cents. Will this tuner provide those readings? Looks like it does. Thanks.
