Sturdy, simple ukulele with kerfed braces holding the sides to the back. It even has an adjustable truss rod. Nice deep reddish brown finish and the sound hits the midpoint between a full rich guitar and the more treble sound of a ukulele. Put a capo at the 5th fret and use standard GCEA ukulele chord shapes or learn the baritone chords - I switch back and forth. I recommend this product. I only gave 4 stars because I haven't really played any other baritone ukes.
