I am experienced at playing acoustic guitar but this is my first amplifier. Still figuring it all out, but everything seems to work so far. Only real problem is that it is hard to get the power on and keep it on. It didn't come on at all until I lifted it by the handle to turn it around. I found the power cord connection is very loose and pulls itself away from the unit slightly with any movement or jarring, sometimes apparently just from gravity.
