Awesome and fun
This capo will take your guitar playing to another level. It allows mock alternate tunings and allows you to develop new chord formats. I have found it most useful for acoustic, allowing me to play lead riffs while still strumming the basic chord.

Not in Stores??
I love the short cut. I have one of my own, so I went into the store to buy one for my boyfriend and find out they don't carry it in-store. You HAVE to buy it online and have it shipped, which makes it more expensive. The only positive to that is they can ship it directly to your house. It's a super fun tool to switch up tuning during your set without having a lag in play time. I love kyser products. They should carry these in store.

Really handy to quickly get DADGAD tuning (one full step up)

Instead of retuning my guitar, I use this to quickly get DADGAD tuning (on full step up). It allows me to quickly play a song in DADGAD. I have had no tuning issues on either acoustic or electric (but I use 10s or 11s on electric).

The short cut is a great idea. I have found this capo does not do well on some of my guitars. Guitars with med. jumbo frets, the capo has a tendency to sharpen pitch. With smaller fret wire guitars, oh what fun! Would like to see an adjustable pressure short cut. After using this capo, I am going to try and modify a different capo to do the short cut. Great product.
