    Happy about the purchase. Thought I would remove it from my hi-hat from time to time so as not to get the jingles. Turns out, don't need to worry about it. I set the hi-hat with a small open, so I can play regular and can really only get the jingle if I stomp hard on the pedal. Therefore, no need to purchase the model with a switchable feature... not for my playing, anyway. Very happy. Since I don't see myself being all abusive, I anticipate this ring to last a very long time....
