The Lakland 44-60 Classic electric bass offers American-made mastery with timeless good looks and playability. It features a 34" scale quartersawn rock maple neck with graphite reinforcement for ultimate stability. The rosewood fretboard is loaded with 20 frets and a 10" radius with a bone nut. Electronics are handled by a pair of Lakland Vintage J pickups with simple volume and tone controls mounted to a three-ply pickguard.

The 44-60 Classic comes with a black Tolex hardshell case.

    The Lakland website has the nut width on these at 1.5" but Guitar Center has them at 1.75" it seems uncommon for a J style to have a 1.75 nut width, is it 1.5 or 1.75 nut width?
