    Bought 4 of these 300w bulbs and installed them in new ADJ Par56 housing (rated up to 500w). All with minimal run time probably less than 20 hrs. One literally blew apart and the filament shorted the ADJ dimmer/relay channel, blowing the 10 amp fuse for that channel. Think I'll spend the extra money and invest in a few more led tripar fixtures. More money but way more reliable.
