11 out of 12 worked as it should

Got 12 of these to use the long xlr cables to daisy chain a dozen new passive tops. No sound from front zone, back zone worked. Long story short - after much troubleshooting the xlr cables daisy chaining the speakers we discovered 1 faulty adapter in the chain. 11 of 12 worked fine.

Essential in the gear bag.

You should always have these in your sound gear bag. This particular brand was good for what we needed, Mono use adapter for use on a soundboard with limited channels for a large band. Overall a nice adapter that served it's purpose for a last minute gig. Lesson: Always have adapters handy!

    No, the Livewire Essential Adapter 1/4" TS to XLR Female does not change a signal from mic level to line level. It’s a passive adapter that simply changes the connector format, not the signal level or impedance.
