A great baritone

Stunning visual appeal, pictures don't do it justice. Tone is surprisingly pleasing. Although tuned similarly to guitar, it does sound much more like a ukulele. The pickup is strong, as loud as a typical acoustic guitar with preamp. The intonation is not precise, but close enough to pass for gigs. The neck is just full enough to fill your hand somewhat and not feel too tiny like a soprano. All points considered, a viable instrument.

This Baritone Ukulele has great tone. The only con I would have to say is that like almost all ukulele's it goes out of tune quite easily. If they put Grover locking tuning hardware, this would be a perfect Uke.
Looks nice, but a laminate on all sides

This is a pretty baritone ukulele, but it is not clear from the advertising that the front, back, and sides are all laminate. It sounds good, but not the great sound I would expect for the price. Back to the store I go to find one with more solid wood.

I have had this Zebra Acoustic-Electric for about ten days and I am very pleased. I timed my order with info from Guitar Center - quick delivery with a great price. This baritone uke is beautiful, and the sound and playability are a credit to Luna's design and production. This is my second Luna Uke - I have a Tatto Tenor that I tune to Low G. I saw that the baritone was marked as a non-returnable item, but I took a chance. Over the weekend I adjusted the nut to about 1/32 inch and took 1/2 of a pencil line off of the saddle. The action on this baritone is very sweet now, with no buzz. The stock strings are a little squeaky, but the acoustic tone is bright - nice with a flat pick. A Keyser Drop D capo is a great fit. This is giving me some options when I play with some guitarist friends. Overall, I am very happy, and I give credit to Luna for some very nice ukuleles. Thanks, Guitar Center.

The Luna baritone ukulele is an insturment made with great quality. It's look is unique and stands out with the zebra wood who's sounds also stands out. It comes with top of the line strings and is a top of the line ukulele. It is the first electric baritone ukulele I have purchased, but it is the best one out there. I recommend buying one.
