Vista Eagle Tropical Wood 12-String Acoustic Guitar

Description
Who among us has never dreamed of soaring high and free above the world upon which we're bound? The Vista Eagle lets your imagination take wing against a blazing sky, high above a variegated plain.
This sunlit entry in the Vista series is open to interpretation. It can evoke the delight of unhurried motion, rising upon warm updrafts—or the bracing urgency of frigid, stiff wind during necessary flight. Whether you're practicing, writing songs, or performing, this guitar will lend a sense of wonder and elevate your creative perspective.
The Vista Eagle model showcases a skillfully crafted top, made from attractive tonewoods that bring its unique panoramic image to life. Handmade from a combination that includes padauk, quilt mahogany, koa and spalted maple, each guitar is a completely unique work of art. Touting superb craftsmanship and rich, warm sound, Luna acoustics have long been sought after for their remarkable aesthetics. The Vista Series blends the world of fine art and the art of advanced acoustic guitar building. The Vista Eagle features a gloss-finished, flamed maple bound, Grand Concert body with koa back and sides for enhanced tone and projection. Precision fitted with a hand-shaped 25" scale mahogany neck and capped with a smooth, Pearl Moon Phase inlaid ebony fretboard, the Vista Eagle's feel, playability and stand-alone acoustic sound are nothing short of inspirational.
Plug it in and the Vista Eagle takes off in yet another sonic direction. With an onboard Fishman Presys+ (PSY-201) preamp/tuner, the Vista Eagle offers clear, strong, natural acoustic sound on stage, even when going against dense instrumentation. Whether plugged in or not, the Vista series' incredibly full tone, pristine clarity and unique visual presence make it the ideal instrument to make your musical statement.
Luna includes a hardshell case with this 12-string Vista Eagle.

It's a great guitar, sounds good, looks good, feels good, just a little head heavy, a strap to use while playing is golden. It's a wonderful 12 string acoustic guitar though. It came with a nice hard case & is good for traveling with and busking on the beach with. I'm satisfied with my purchase.

I have some dings on IT. And hard to keep in tune, but built in tuner makes it manageable. Also could be a product of stringing. But it is still worth it, awesome looking case too
Beautiful workmanship for a fine 12-string

Getting used to the action and trying to keep the strings in tune is a challenge thus far but I really love the feel and weight of the Luna. This is my 1st Luna purchase and I am sure it won't be the last. A nice addition to my Martins...

Can you please verify the nut width? Luna has it as 1 7/8 or 47.625 mm vs Nut width: 1.61" (41mm) listed on Guitar Center?
I’m very sorry for the confusion. It's 1 7/8". Thank you for pointing that out. I will pass it on to our web team.submitted4 years ago
