All Meinl chimes are made from a premium anodized aluminum alloy, and a well-balanced wooden bar. A durable nylon cord is used to attach them firmly together.

    Hi, I've been searching quite a while for a very very soft tinkle sound , very light. This is the sound I want, but I'm not a musician. I'm curious, if this bar were hanging on my screened in porch… would the wind gently move the tubes for the sound? Thanks

    No, they are too heavy. and are not soft.
