Nice Drum... Poor finish

This item was purchased as an addition to our drum room in the studio.... I really like this drum but I wish that the finish was better... enamel is peeling everywhere.
It's ok

From other reviews was under the impression it came with a bag, it didn't, checked description doesn't mention one, may have been removed, did say it came with a tuning key, didn't arrive with that either. Design is a distance does wonders, looks sloppy up close, but if it is hand, that would be the reason. Good sound though.
It is good product

This drum is beautiful. The transport bag is a great extra. Also has another drum head. The sound is great on this doumbek. The engraving is gorgeous and just makes the drum a real eye catcher.
Excellent drum. Copper is slightly better tone and look.

Excellent drum. What I like about the Doumbek is the variety of tone. A good Egyptian style player can make up for a whole drum kit using one.

My thanks to Donald Cavey at the Southcenter GC drum department for all his help while I figured out this was the Doumbek for me. I donۡt get why a criticism was sloppy workmanship on the copper work; this drum is stunning to look at, smooth to the touch & I L-0-V-E the rich sounds this little beauty puts out. I'm new to this kind of drumming (my Kangaba Djembe rocks the house too), but took my time to pick out what I thought I'd like. It's lightweight, but doesn't fly off my knee if I hit it too hard while I learn, has a spare drum head & a nice carrying case all included in what I think is a decent price. The drum is fun, itۡs beautiful & will be easy to transport when I travel. DoumDoumTekaTek!

I want to know if you can tell for sure if the pattern and colors are exactly same as pictured.
pattern and colors may vary, but should be very similar.
