This Meinl cymbal cleaner works well getting a lot of grime off. I used a nylon brush to speed the process and let Meinl cymbal cleaner soak in longer than recommended. Finishing with Zildjian cymbal cleaning polish not a bad idea as well...Buzz✌️

I bought this knowing I haven't ever used a cymbal cleaner on my many Paiste Signature cymbals (over 15+ years). They really weren't that dirty, as I have always kept them in plastic sleeves and gave them the white glove treatment for the most part (except when I played them). The Meinl cymbal cleaner really did a good job shining them up. They haven't looked that good in years. I guess I didn't realize they were as dirty as they were. Not green like Zildjian cymbals get, just a little hazy. Glad I bought it. Make sure to follow the directions though. Spray, let sit at least 20 seconds, then wipe with white lint free cloth (I used an old white under shirt (like a Haines shirt or something...).
