    After watching some YouTube covers and videos of the kalimba, I have decided that I had to go get my own kalimba and I'm happy to report that I enjoy playing it.

    I take this thing to the beach and make songs. It sounds cool, like wind chimes, or a xylophone even. My little boy likes it since it is easy to play. The beauty is in the simplicity of the instrument. 7 notes... pick a few, and they sound awesome together. I had to tune mine, by sliding the keys to the desired position, while using a clip on snark tuner. It works awesome! Sounds cool! Very basic!
